Submission of this form does not guarantee a vendor spot. 2026 Food and Beverage Vendor locations have been filled but the Event is still looking for non-food vendors to attend. 

We will review your submission and reply back to you within 3-5 business days. If you are selected for a vendor spot, there is a separate agreement and fee structure. Non Food Vendors: $250 per 10x10 space.

If selected, a Vendor must supply a COI as well as the state required ST-19 documents.

Describe Your Vending

Provide a description of your vending business and items for sale along with photo of your trailer and setup.

For image uploads, submit a minimum of one (1) and maximum of five (5) images at 5MB each, JPG or PNG.

Vendor Details

The Vendor has and will maintain during the Event an insurance policy for Comprehensive General Liability insurance in the combined amount of at least $1,000,000 (per occurrence and in aggregate, and that it will name FREEDOM FEST MN as an additional insured.

The Vendor has and will maintain during the Event a Workers Compensation insurance policy, as required by law. In the event that the Vendor believes that it is not required to carry such insurance, the Vendor agrees to furnish to the Event a written explanation of its legal exemption from such coverage requirement. If the Vendor intends to request an exemption from this requirement, then Vendor will inform the Event.

The Promoter and premises owner are not liable for any theft, losses or damage to the Vendor’s property which might occur as a result of participating in the Event.

The Vendor is required to furnish its Minnesota tax ID number to participate in the Event and is responsible to pay any and all sales taxes and other legal obligations associated with the sale of any products or services at the Event.

The Vendor is required to furnish its Minnesota Department of Health License or other such required license to operate and/or sell their Food or products.
